your time doing nothing... So isn't that just an expression for reserving or appreciating a time designated for some sort of meditation?
After a whole day traveling my boyfriend and I got into Puglia, South Italy. We were completely tired, so decided to stay in and hang by the hotel pool. Were we swimming, reading, or chatting nonstop? No. Were we happy and fulfilled in our quiet calm late afternoon? Yes.
Being in silence and actually enjoying it is quite hard for some people, some couples are not even comfortable to share silence. In silence we find answers and new questions that can define paths, but it is also the only way to hear our
own soul.
own soul.
Wise Italians, who made such an important thing popular in the whole country - if they live the "far niente" as I did at least!
Be present everyone!
